Payment Method – We offer pay as you go, monthly or upfront payment, which represents excellent value. You can pay in cash, cheque, direct debit or credit card.

Once you have joined you will be given a Kick-start program! The Kick start program includes an immediate health check and an hours guidance session from one of our Personal trainers. Together your create a specific program designed for you to help achieve your desired goals. When you join you will also gain access to a huge amount of discounts locally! Racquets memberships

• Gym Gold: Cardio room, free weights, Sauna and social
• Studio Gold: All Classes, Sauna and Social
• Squash Gold: Unlimited use of our courts for Squash, racket-ball and table tennis
• Full Gold: All of the above!
• Corporate: The corporate rate applies to Groups over 5pax, you can save up to 30% as a corporate member. You can choose a Gym package or a full gold. 
• 9 till 5: Monday - Friday, full gold access, at restricted times!
• Over 60s: 9 till 5, 7 days a week, full gold access at restricted times!
• Junior membership: For ages 0 - 19, £35 per year then reduced rates per visit.
