At Racquets we offer two types of Personal training: One to one & Group

 

One to One

With one to one the session and training cycle is planned exclusively around you and your physical conditioning . One to One training includes nutritional advice and lifestyle coaching & your sessions can be booked direct with your trainer to suit your availability, in comparison to group training at set times Mornings/Afternoons and Evenings.

You will work exclusively with a trainer to give you consistency and structure he/she will know your ability and how hard to push you.

Price ranges between £25 – £55 per session depending on the qualification or experience of the trainer

Small Group Personal Training

Our Small Group personal training sessions are spaced throughout the day at regular intervals including  mornings/afternoons and evening. Group training gives you the motivational benefit of one to one at a lighter price of  £149 a month or £1490 per annum. Group training can be with any of our trainers with up to 3 others.  The membership entitles you to 3 sessions per week.
