Racquets is holding another Gym Challenge! This time we are going to be challenging your overall fitness!
The challenge consists of three different workouts, all designed to test your overall fitness. All three of these workouts are currently up on the notice board in the weights room for you to try to train towards! Are you up to the challenge?
We have had great feedback on our gym challenges, noting that the atmosphere is always great and everyone is encouraged to give it their all. We want good, fun, friendly competition and a fun day for fitness enthusiasts both veterans and beginners, no matter what your standard!
