Vacancy : Squash coach

Racquets Fitness Centre is looking for another squash coach.

We are one of the top squash clubs in the country.   

Recently we held the top spot in the England Squash #SquashGirlsCan Squash101 Campaign boasting the most development sessions and new ladies playing in the country.

We offer a daily squash academy for children from Years 5 and 5 of the primary schools locally.  This is free coaching in return for work experience – primarily cleaning the squash courts !

We offer free coaching to the Years 5 and 6 of all 3 Thame Primary Schools in their PE lessons.

We have a number of squash players who play at the highest level for the county.  At junior and at senior and at vintage age groups for Bucks or for Oxfordshire.

We are now looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated person who is keen on sport to take on a role as squash coach.

It would be advantageous if the successful candidate has played squash, tennis, racketball or table tennis or similar game but an ability to hit the ball and an interest in learning would be enough to start with.

Pay scale depends on age and experience and there are fringe benefits to working at Racquets.

The position is likely to be part time but full time may be considered.
