At Racquets we have three gym zones the cardio room, The weights room and the Grit yard.

The Cardio room is fitted with cross trainers, treadmills, concept 2 rowers and climbing equipment to help improve lung function, stamina and endurance. Most of the machines are fitted with heart rate monitors to track how hard your working to ensure effective fat loss.


The Weights room has everything you need to build, tone and strengthen your core and frame. our range of weights are vast from 1kg to 52kg dumbbells. We have squat racks (Max load 300kg) a smith machine, cable crossover and variety of Resistance machines, bars and benches.


The Grit Yard is our external, functional training zone, kitted out with TRX, punch bags, pull up bars, dipping station and olympic rings great for the little Rocky in all of us.
